Returns Policy & Procedure
Have peace of mind with your new Miss Seafari purchases, with our easy returns policy. We offer our Miss Seafari customers a 30 day money back returns policy, providing the following criteria is met.
All Returns Must Be;
- In its original condition
- Must not be worn or washed
- Have no stains or marks
- Have it’s store tag still attached to the item.
Once meeting all of the above stated criteria, a refund will be returned to your original payment method. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchasing, returns after this date will not be accepted.
- Important: Shipping costs are non refundable and return shipping is at customers expense, free return shipping is only available if your item is deemed faulty or has been incorrectly shipped.
- If the item is returned in other than brand new condition no refund will be issued and will be returned to you at your expense.
- We do not accept return to sender packages, and package will be returned to you at your expense.
- EXCHANGES We offer returns for refund within 30 days of purchase in accordance with our returns policy & procedures. If you would like to arrange an item exchange please call our friendly customer service team on 0466 421 713 to check availability of our stock.
- SALE ITEM returns are accepted for “on sale items”, which these items are found in the sale tab found at the top of our home page, these items are considered temporary sale markdowns, however if sale item is marked “CLEARANCE”, this item is on permanent markdown and is not returnable unless deemed faulty or has been incorrectly shipped.
- EARRING RETURNS Due to health & hygiene reasons, no refunds are accepted for earrings, unless deemed faulty or incorrectly shipped.
Refunds Our accounts department endeavours to process refunds within 5 working days of receiving your returned parcel. Please allow up to 7-14 days for refunds to be credited to your original payment method. Refunds can only be returned on original payment method.

A) Returns Procedures – Faulty or Incorrectly Shipped Item
Contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 0466421713 within 7 working days of receiving your order. This will enable us to promptly resolve your order.
Please leave the following details in your email;
- Your name
- Your Contact daytime phone number
- Invoice number or order number
- A brief message about your return
- If returning item due to a manufacturing fault please send us a picture.
Once we have received your email regarding your return, and your return meets our returns criteria as outlined in our returns policy a prepaid satchel will be sent with a replacement item.
If a replacement item is not available, we will send a prepaid satchel for return and issue you a refund.
B) Returns Procedures – Change of Mind/ Sizing/ Other
Download returns form, print and complete;
Enclose the following with your returns parcel;
- Returns form printed and completed
- Copy of invoice/order
- Item to be returned, in original condition unworn, unwashed, no stains or marks and store tag attached.

*Please note as stated in our returns policy as above, return shipping will be at your own cost and responsibility. We recommend you return your item with postal tracking, and record your postal tracking number.
