RETURNS POLICY:
At Miss Seafari, we want you to love your items as much as we do! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer our customers a 30-Day Money Back Returns Policy, providing the following requirements are met.
RETURNS POLICY REQUIREMENTS
The item/s for return or exchange must be;
- In it’s original condition
- Must not be worn or washed
- Have no stains or marks
- Have it’s store tag still attached to the item/s
TO QUALIFY FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Once meeting the above requirements either a refund will be returned to your original payment method or exchange/replacement item will be sent - adhering to the conditions of returns below. All Items must be returned within 30 days of purchasing, returns after this date will not be accepted.
CONDITIONS OF RETURNS:
IN PERSON RETURNS: Returns in person at our market popups will be required to fill out returns form with receipt/order details for us to enable a refund to you via your original payment method.
EXCHANGES: We offer exchanges to Australian online orders only.
Exchanges are subject to item/s availability. Your returned items for exchange must meet our returns policy requirements. Return postage to Miss Seafari is at your expense and responsibility. Once we have received your returned item/s we will then post your exchanged item/s back to you FREE of charge via Australia Post - standard delivery. If your chosen item to exchange is not in-stock we will refund item/s to be exchanged.
FOR FAULTY OR INCORRECTLY SENT ITEMS: Please email us a copy of your completed returns form to orders@missseafari.com.au including a photo of any manufacturer faults if applicable. We will contact you within 3 business days of receiving your email with instructions for the next step. We offer replacements for any faulty items and incorrectly sent items. If we are unable to offer you a replacement a refund will be issued instead.
SHIPPING COSTS: Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is at customers expense and responsibility, free return shipping is only available if your item is deemed faulty or has been incorrectly shipped. If the item is returned in other than brand new condition no refund will be issued and will be returned to you at your expense. We do not accept return to sender packages, and package will be returned to you at your expense. We recommend you return your item with postal tracking and keep a copy of the tracking number or tracking receipt from Australia post.
REFUNDS: Our accounts department endeavours to process refunds within 5 working days of receiving your returned parcel. Please allow up to 7-14 days for refunds to be credited to your original payment method. Refunds can only be returned to original payment method.
SALE ITEMS FOR RETURN: “On sale items” are eligible for an exchange only, unless item is deemed faulty or incorrectly shipped then it will be eligible for refund.
EARRINGS FOR RETURN: Earring cannot be returned due to health & hygiene reasons and are not returnable unless deemed faulty or have been incorrectly shipped.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM/S:
- Download “click here”, print and complete the returns form or use the one we sent with your online order;
- Place completed returns form and items to be returned into an Australia Post satchel or parcel;
- Create a postal label with Australia Post and drop your parcel into Australia post for them to scan barcode to track your delivery back to us.
