Shipping is Ex Brisbane, Australia. Please allow 24-48 hours to pack and dispatch your items on top of expected delivery times, once your parcel has been collected by Australia Post you will receive a shipping confirmation and an Australia Post Tracking Number via Email.

COVID 19 PANDEMIC POTENTIAL POSTAL DELAYS

Due to Covid 19 pandemic there may potentially be some delays with dispatch/delivery with any unforeseen circumstances.

LOST OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

Please note Miss Seafari is not liable for any parcels being lost or damaged in transit once they have left our premises.

 PEAK DELIVERY PERIODS

During peak periods i.e. Christmas, public holiday, and sale periods due to high volumes of dispatch please allow 1-2 days longer, we are a small business, and we aim to deliver as quickly as possible to you during these busy trade times.  INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES:

Currently we ship internationally to New Zealand only.

Please Note: We ship from Brisbane-Australia, deliveries to New Zealand may incur duties or custom charges by NZ customs. The charges must be paid by the recipient directly to NZ customs before the parcel can be successfully delivered. Miss Seafari is not responsible for paying or reimbursing the customer for any local custom charges.
